DSC Europe Brings AI Builders and Investors to the Belgrade Fair This Month
The data and AI conference runs from 23 to 27 November, with an investment forum for startups on 24 November.

DSC Europe, one of the largest data science and artificial intelligence conferences in the region, will take place in Belgrade from 23 to 27 November in Hall 3 of the Belgrade Fair, organisers have announced.
Startups meet investors
An AI Investment Forum on 24 November at the Radisson Blu hotel will bring venture capital funds and business angels together with startups for pitching sessions, matchmaking and one-on-one meetings. Organisers say the aim is to present Serbia and the Western Balkans as an emerging hub for AI and data. The final day, 27 November, is an “AI Builders Day” with workshops, demos and an AI arena.
Why it matters
Serbia has built up public AI infrastructure in recent years, including the State Data Centre in Kragujevac and a national AI platform, and its startup scene is increasingly AI-driven: according to the Startup Scanner 2026 survey by the Digital Serbia Initiative, 51% of startups build AI into their products. The same survey found that more than a third of startups still have no revenue, which is why access to investors is a recurring theme at events like this one.
